I'm a little disappointed with all the results but I know I have to work at it and they will get better by the end. I am going to push the crap out of myself. I've been in good shape before and I know I can do it again. So here goes. Fit test results below

Wall Squats: 1:03
Bicep Curls: 13 reps @ 40 lbs
In & Outs: 24
Weight: 270 (want to shoot self in head)
Body fat %: 36 (see above)
Chest: 50
Waist at navel: 48.5 (ugh)
Hips: 45
Thighs: 24
Arms: 16.5
